Love this cute Escort Card idea!
Instead of the typical escort card, try going green with a succulent plant. All you need is a little succulent or cactus plant, a mason jar, some popsicle sticks and cardstock for the name and table, and some soil. You could put a little sticker on the outside of the mason jar to customize it with a sweet saying...
"So treat your love like a firefly, like it only gets to shine for a little while. Catch it in a mason jar, with holes in the top, and run like hell to show it off."
This doubles as a favor as well. Your guests don't need a green thumb for this cute little plant either, they are part of the cacti family and don't need a lot of love or attention to survive. Your guests will have this plant for years and everytime they look at it they will be reminded of your special day.
